TESTIMONIALS

“Having another person at the birth of your child is not something to be taken lightly; it’s truly an intimate moment of your life. With that pretext, I cannot fully capture my gratitude for having Samantha alongside me during the birth of my child. Prior to delivering, Samantha was so intentional about making sure my every need was addressed and that I was comfortable (we met several times prior, she shared tips, articles, books, was a sounding board for my concerns, shared different delivery positions, etc.). Samantha has an ease about her that make my birthing experience calm. She advocated for me when I needed her, helped support my partner, and made sure that the delivery was in line with my wishes. I cannot recommend Samantha enough and hope that you have the pleasure of working with her.”

“'Yes, of course!’ Whenever I heard her response like this, I felt so relieved in a bed with my newborn baby. She walked through each small step with me to become a new mother. She normalized every overwhelming new challenge for me. Being away from my family, her support was tremendous for me both physically and emotionally. Without her, I couldn’t have made it. We are so lucky to have her as our Doula.”

— Hiromi

“Samantha is extremely compassionate, reliable, and knowledgable of pregnancy and birth. She was understanding and respectful, taking my needs into consideration. She made sure I was understood and taken care of — exactly what a Doula should be. She works well with clients who have difficult pregnancies or are in crisis. She is able to handle conflict and stress very well.”
